A small white dog ferociously protects his owner who passed out in the middle of a busy city street in Guizhou, China. He is apparently confused about the whole situation but despite his anxiety he remains just inches away from his guardian.
A City ambulance arrives to assist this pedestrian but the little dog protects him and stops Police and Paramedics from approaching the victim. Finally the rescue team gets the man into the ambulance but forgets all about the pup.
The little dog desperately runs around in circles and convinces the paramedics to let him on board and accompany his owner to the hospital.
